RESOURCES: The Recap.

Howdy! How would you describe the feeling of having amazing people around? Awesome right?! Yeah! Thats how I feel everytime I see the number of people visiting this blog. Have said it over and over again that you all are my moltivation. Thanks for your encouraging words; comments and likes; both online and offline; I really appreciate. And to our first timers, you are warmly welcome; I hope today’s post will bring you back some other time.🙏

Today is all about the the recap of everything we have discussed on resources; and that will automatically conclude the series.

I channelled this series to the soul of man as against money, gold or other common references when resources is being discussed. This is because; every intelligent decision, every knowledgeable and commendable act, every wise conduct or amazing ideas; either personal or national is a result of the engagement of the soul. This I emphasized on when I initiated the topic.

Then we spoke about the various types of resources; which was where I spoke about the mental value of man: the tool of the soul is the mind, and that is what help forms the mental part of man. I said the mental value births intelligence: it is the part of man that can learn and be wise. Then I went further to saying the grooming of the mental part of man starts from home: from the parents. I even spoke of Thomas Edison and how his mother taught him at home.

Then we spoke about the capacity and potential of the soul; where I said, the capacity of the soul is unlimited but it’s potential varies depending on how condusive national policies is to the citizens. The capacity of the soul is maximized based on our focus. Which means distractions like starvation, poverty, war and other related incidence can limit the capacity of the soul.

This took us to the topic leadership. Leadership is a very sensitive role in every society, hence leaders ought to have exceptional level of knowledge. Leaders ought to be very focus and highly intelligent; not to mention that they must be ready to sacrifice for good of those they lead. But that is not so because it takes alot to be conscious.

When we discussed capacity and potentials of the soul, I stated the different level at which the knowledge about a thing increases in the soul: from ignorance, to subconscious awareness, to awareness and to consciousness. The problem of most leaders of the so-called “underdeveloped nation” centers around the fact that, they are not aware talk less being conscious of their roles as leaders.

Most of these nations (especially Africans), were just a group of people living together before colonisation. After they were colonised, and then given independence; the leadership of those nations were entrusted into the hands of people who were admirers of the lives their colonial masters lived. So rather than make impact in their country, they syphon enough money to buy them a place amongst the their colonial masters.

Lack of leadership awareness means they will be unable to create conducive political system for the citizens; and when there is no system, there is no nation. It takes proper political system to checkmate the anomalies in every sector within a nation. Hence, non-challant attitudes will frustrate the supposed mentors of the future resources of that nation: i.e the youths.

Under mentorship we spoke about the different types of mentors: parents, teachers and prominent achievers in the society. And we said the most important are the parents and teachers; but with bad governance, they can easily be frustrated. We then said, even these prominent achievers who are meant to be a sources of inspiration to every ambitious soul can also be frustrated out of the country when policies does not favour their business.

These is why citizens will risk to travel illegally to another nation in search of a better life. And little do these bad leaders know, that every migration means the depreciation of potentials. There are two types of people who will stay in a nation in which nothing seem working; the lazy minded and the strong minded, the former being the majority. It takes a lot of endurance for the strong minded to survive in such situations; by that time, a lot of people would have given up.

All of these discussion led to knowledge and management; where I established the fact that although individual and national greatness is dependent on the knowledge acquired by the soul; but ideally it largely depends on how well the soul is managed. I said the management of the soul is against distractions; which is the only problem of the soul.

A bad leader is being distracted by his personal needs or power, a young chap can be too playful while parents have their own fair share of distraction in the tune of responsibilities. Distraction is the only thing that results into bad decisions; as a matter of fact, consciousness which is the height of knowledge is the opposite of distraction. An ignorant soul is a distracted soul; this is why it is very easy to distract little children because at that tender age, they are ignorant.
